Who manages my team member day to day?
We do. Your team member works inside a secure managed office with local team leadership, and your Australian account manager owns the relationship. You get one weekly meeting and full visibility in the tracker, not another person to supervise.
How does someone offshore learn my business?
Through the build. Before your team member does anything live, we document the processes, the systems and the standards with you, so your context and the way you do things are built into the role from day one.
Is my data and IP protected?
Yes. Team members work from a secure managed office paid for by Expand Quickly, on equipment we own and manage, under IP and data protection protocols. Access is granted by you at the level you choose, and anything sent on your behalf runs through our protected systems so your domain reputation is never put at risk.
Is the work actually done by AI?
AI carries the volume: tracking, transcription, routing, quality checks and baseline execution. People do the judgement: the work itself, the review and the direction. Every AI output that reaches a customer passes human quality control first.
What if the person isn't the right fit?
We replace them at no cost to you, full stop. Finding and keeping the right fit is our job, not yours, and the work keeps running while we do it. The processes and systems belong to the role, not the person, so a new team member steps into something that already works rather than starting from scratch.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No. Everything runs month to month, and you can leave at any time. We do recommend giving it 3 months, because it takes time for a team member to learn your business properly and hit their stride. But that's our recommendation, not a contract.
Why is the embedded rate discounted?
The $2,500 + GST rate is a limited time promotion. Clients who join while it runs lock in that rate against the standard $3,500 + GST.
Do I have to use your platform?
No, and we won't push it. The audit looks at what's actually costing you leads. Most businesses only switch once they see the gaps in their own numbers, and by then it's their idea, not ours.
